• How long will it take to receive a response after I have applied?
  
  You will immediately receive an automated thank you response that says your application has been sent to Summit Credit Union.  You will not receive any other response from Human Resources.

• How will I be contacted if I am considered for a position?
  
  If you are selected for a phone screen, which is our first step in the recruitment process, you will be contacted via telephone by Human Resources.  If we are interested in scheduling an interview after the phone screen, you will be contacted thereafter.

• How will I be contacted if I am not considered for a position?
  
  You will not be contacted if not being considered.

• Why wasn't I considered or called for a phone screen/interview for the position that I applied for?
  
  There could be multiple reasons why you were not considered for the position:  you may not meet the requirements for the position, internal applicants are being considered or there may be other more qualified candidates.

• I was not selected for a phone screen/interview: can I apply for other positions?
  
  Yes you may apply for other positions.  Your skills and qualifications will be assessed to the other applicants applying for the same position.

• What if a position is not posted?
  
  If you do not see a position listed on the website, the position is not open and currently not being recruited for.

• I did not see any openings for the position in which I'm interested in, should I still apply?
  
  All positions that are open externally are listed on our website.  Please continue to check our website for upcoming positions that you are interested in.

• How long will my resume/application be kept on file?
  
  We will retain your resume/application for approximately 6 months; however, applicants must apply to each position of interest.
