Waiting for a different rate? Use our Rate Alert feature to automatically be notified by email when we reach your desired rate.

Most rate tables have a Rate Alert button near the top of the table.

In the First Mortgage section, you'll find a special Rate Watch feature for mortgage loans. With either method, just enter your email address and target rate to get a notification when rates hit that target. Of course, you can call, visit or email us any time to ask about rate options, too!
