With over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, Robin has been helping business owners achieve their dreams of owning and growing their business. He has a wide range of experience working with small businesses manage their cash flow and grow their operations. He also has a passion for commercial real estate and multi-family housing. Robin has been involved with numerous local organizations including United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Special Olympics, Junior Achievement, Ducks Unlimited and the Madison Development Corporation. He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse with an emphasis in Economics.

Jim Holden - VP Business Services
During his 21 year career, Jim has developed a special expertise in the commercial lending market for South Central Wisconsin. As a resident, neighbor and friend to many in the Waunakee, and surrounding areas, he’s assisted numerous business clients succeed in the small business environment. Jim is very active in the Waunakee community, including serving as past President on the Waunakee Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, past treasurer for the Waunakee Neighborhood Connection, past Treasurer for South Central Wisconsin Ducks Unlimited Chapter and appointed to serve on the Village of Waunakee Economic Development Task Force as an advisor for commercial building sites. Currently, Jim remains active in the Waunakee Chamber events and serves as treasurer for the Wilderness Resort Homeowners Association. Jim graduated from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with a degree in Business Administration and Sports Management. In addition he is a graduate of the WBA Commercial Lending School.

She has been a member of The Business Forum, Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, Wisconsin Women Entrepreneurs, and Dane Buy Local. She has been involved with a number of local non-profits including The Road Home, United Way, and Junior Achievement. Julie holds a Bachelor's of Business degree from Western Illinois University and received her MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Gary Szpara - VP Business Services
Gary has been in the financial services industry for over 35 years serving the business community in southeastern Wisconsin. He has used the tools of the financial industry to foster growth and success for entrepreneurs, seasoned business owners and commercial real estate investors. Gary is very active in his home community of New Berlin and currently serves as the Board President of The New Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau. In addition Gary is a member of the MMAC Senior Executive Roundtable #13, participates in the West Allis West Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce and the Waukesha County Business Alliance amongst others. Gary is a graduate of the Lubar School of Business at The University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and continues to learn new industry practices through seminars, webinars and trade conferences.

Dana is a board member of Wisconsin Business Development, and has served on the Small Business Administration (SBA) state advisory council. Dana was awarded the SBA 7A Diploma from the National Association of Guaranteed Government Lenders (NAGGL), and currently chairs the SBA Wisconsin’s Small Business Awards Selection Committee. She is a loan committee member of the Madison Development Corporation, a founding member of the Executive Woman's Golf Association-Madison, and a former president of The Business Forum, a women’s professional business organization. Bob Zarzynski - VP Business Services
Bob has more than 35 years of financial and leadership experience in the Milwaukee-area region, and has helped many small businesses get off the ground or expand their existing businesses. He holds a National Incident Management System (N.I.M.S.) certification from the Department of Homeland Security, which is part of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and attended the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. A native of Milwaukee, he resides in Sussex with his wife and serves as village trustee for the Village of Sussex and is involved with the local Chambers of Commerce and other volunteerism efforts in the community.
