Myrphy started her career as a part-time teller at a local bank nine years ago and climbed the ladder to assistant manager. She dreamed of working at Summit someday and is now a full-time lender at the Rimrock branch.
Myrphy approaches her job as an incredible outlet to help people and is proud to work at a place that strives to be a judgment-free zone for all members as they discuss their finances and credit, subjects many find difficult to discuss.
She implores her members to ask for help and embrace a no-time-like-the-present attitude. “No matter what goal you’re trying to reach, whether saving more or increasing your credit score, the sooner you start, the sooner you achieve.” She’ll use this method in her role as a Project Money coach this year, too, where she’s excited to make a significant impact in someone’s life. “I know it’s going to be a life-changing event for my participant and myself,” she says.
When not at Summit, you can find high-five-loving Myrphy traveling outside of the country (recent trips include London, Ireland and France) or pursuing her passion for scenic photography.
