During his 27-year career, Jim has developed a special expertise in the commercial lending market for south-central Wisconsin. As a resident, neighbor and friend to many in Waunakee and the surrounding area, he’s helped numerous clients succeed in the small business environment. Jim is very active in the Waunakee community, serving as the current treasurer for both a local nonprofit organization and the Waunakee Volleyball Booster Club, former president of the Waunakee Chamber of Commerce board of directors, and former treasurer for the Waunakee Neighborhood Connection and the South Central Wisconsin Ducks Unlimited chapter. He was also appointed to serve on the Village of Waunakee Economic Development Task Force as an advisor for commercial building sites. Currently, Jim remains active in Waunakee Chamber events and serves as treasurer for the Wilderness Resort Homeowners Association. Jim graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a degree in business administration and sports management and is also a graduate of the WBA Commercial Lending School.
With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Julie has been helping business owners achieve their dreams of launching their own businesses. She works with small business owners and start-ups to help make the complicated easy. She also helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses and reach their financial goals, and works extensively with real estate investors in the residential and commercial markets. She earned the SBA 7A Fundamental and Advanced Diplomas issued by the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL). She has been a member of The Business Forum, Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, Wisconsin Women Entrepreneurs and Dane Buy Local. She has been involved with a number of local nonprofits including The Road Home, United Way and Junior Achievement. Julie holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Western Illinois University and received her MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
Gary has been in the financial services industry for over 40 years serving the business community in southeastern Wisconsin. He has used the tools of the financial industry to foster growth and success for entrepreneurs, seasoned business owners and commercial real estate investors. Gary is very active in his home community of New Berlin and currently serves as the Board Chairman of The New Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau. In addition Gary participates in the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) and the Waukesha County Business Alliance amongst others. He also served on MMAC’s Senior Executive Roundtable #13. Gary is a graduate of the Lubar School of Business at The University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and continues to learn new industry practices through seminars, webinars and trade conferences.
Darci has been a strategic advisor to businesses and commercial real estate investors and developers of all size for over 30 years. Her straight forward approach and motivation to help businesses find the best solutions, in addition to Summit’s flexible and local decision making allows businesses to achieve great success and continued growth.
Darci earned her Bachelor of Science and MBA from Marquette University. She has served on various Boards and has volunteered for many organizations over the years including Tempo Milwaukee, Food and Beverage Wisconsin, Feeding America, WCREW, and CARW.
With over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, Robin has been helping business owners achieve their dreams of owning and growing their businesses. He has a wide range of experience helping small businesses manage their cash flow and expand their operations. He also has a passion for commercial real estate and multifamily housing. Robin has been involved with numerous local organizations including United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Special Olympics, Junior Achievement, Ducks Unlimited and the Madison Development Corporation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with an emphasis in economics.
Dana has been a trusted advisor to many small businesses for over 25 years. She's always looking for new ways to strengthen your business, and her experience in the financial services industry has helped many small businesses start and grow. Dana is a board member and past president of The Business Forum and has served on Wisconsin Business Development's board of directors. She is founding chair of the WI Credit Union League's Business Lending Council. Dana was awarded the SBA 7A Diploma from the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL) and served on the SBA state advisory council. She is a founding member of Executive Women's Golf Association-Madison. Dana holds an MBA in finance from UW-Madison. As an expert content contributor for entrepreneurial lending, she frequently presents for events and programs such as Women's Entrepreneurship Day, BRAVA's Thrive Conference and the UW-Madison Small Business Development Center's Food Finance Institute and Essentials Business Planning classes.
