Julie Spitzack - VP Business Services
Julie serves our City Station, Downtown, Lake Mills, Old Sauk, Shorewood Hills, State Street and Westport branches.
With over 25 years of experience in the financial service industry, Julie has been helping business owners achieve their dream of launching their own business. She works with small business owners and start-ups. She helps make the complicated easy. She works with entrepreneurs to grow their business and reach their financial goals. She also works extensively with real estate investors in the residential and commercial markets. She earned the SBA 7A Fundamental and Advanced Diplomas issued by the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL). She has been a member of The Business Forum, Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, Wisconsin Women Entrepreneurs, and Dane Buy Local. She has been involved with a number of local non-profits including The Road Home, United Way, and Junior Achievement. Julie holds a Bachelor's of Business degree from Western Illinois University and received her MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
Gary Szpara - VP Business Services
Gary serves our Beaver Dam, Franklin, Greenfield, Muskego, VA Hospital, Waukesha and West Milwaukee branches.
Gary has been in the financial services industry for over 35 years serving the business community in southeastern Wisconsin. He has used the tools of the financial industry to foster growth and success for entrepreneurs, seasoned business owners and commercial real estate investors. Gary is very active in his home community of New Berlin and currently serves as the Board President of The New Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau. In addition Gary is a member of the MMAC Senior Executive Roundtable #13, participates in the West Allis West Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce and the Waukesha County Business Alliance amongst others. Gary is a graduate of the Lubar School of Business at The University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and continues to learn new industry practices through seminars, webinars and trade conferences.
Dana Hoffmann - VP Business Services
Dana serves our Fitchburg, Stoughton, Verona, Rimrock Road, Yellowstone Road, and CUNA Campus branches.
Dana has been a trusted advisor to many small businesses for over 25 years. She's always looking for new ways to strengthen your business and her experience in the financial services industry has helped many small businesses start and grow. Dana is a board member and past president of The Business Forum, and has served on Wisconsin Business Development's board of directors. She is founding chair of the WI Credit Union League's Business Lending Council. Dana was awarded the SBA 7A Diploma from the National Association of Guaranteed Government Lenders (NAGGL) and served on the SBA state advisory council. She is a founding member of Executive Women's Golf Association-Madison. Dana holds an MBA in Finance from UW Madison. As an expert content contributor for entrepreneurial lending, she frequently presents for events and programs such as Women's Entrepreneurship Day, BRAVA's Thrive Conference, and the UW Madison Small Business Development Center's Food Finance Institute and Essentials Business Planning classes.
Jim Holden - VP Business Services
Jim serves our Baraboo, Portage, Waunakee and Cottage Grove branches.
During his 27 year career, Jim has developed a special expertise in the commercial lending market for South Central Wisconsin. As a resident, neighbor and friend to many in the Waunakee, and surrounding areas, he’s assisted numerous business clients succeed in the small business environment. Jim is very active in the Waunakee community, including serving as the current treasurer for a local non-profit organization, current treasurer for the Waunakee Volleyball Booster club, past President on the Waunakee Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, past treasurer for the Waunakee Neighborhood Connection, past Treasurer for South Central Wisconsin Ducks Unlimited Chapter and appointed to serve on the Village of Waunakee Economic Development Task Force as an advisor for commercial building sites. Currently, Jim remains active in the Waunakee Chamber events and serves as treasurer for the Wilderness Resort Homeowners Association. Jim graduated from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse with a degree in Business Administration and Sports Management. In addition he is a graduate of the WBA Commercial Lending School.
Robin Finco - VP BUSINESS SERVICES
Robin serves our American Parkway, Monona, Sun Prairie, Thierer Road and Watertown branches.
With over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, Robin has been helping business owners achieve their dreams of owning and growing their business. He has a wide range of experience working with small businesses manage their cash flow and grow their operations. He also has a passion for commercial real estate and multi-family housing. Robin has been involved with numerous local organizations including United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Special Olympics, Junior Achievement, Ducks Unlimited and the Madison Development Corporation. He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse with an emphasis in Economics.
