Remember: Businesses have just 24 hours to identify and report fraudulent check or ACH transactions for a chance to recover the money, a rule set by the Federal Reserve.

Reporting Your Credit/Debit Card Lost, Stolen or Compromised

You can report your Visa card lost or stolen anytime, 24/7, by calling 800-236-5560 or through Digital Banking.

You can also turn your debit or credit card "off" using Summit Card Controls in the mobile app.
