Every borrower has a story. And Mortgage Loan Officer Carrie Pluger works hard to give those stories a happy ending. Here’s how.
First, Carrie treats every member with care and respect. She knows buying or refinancing a home is a major financial decision and takes the time to understand your needs, wants and personal situation and what’s most important to you in a loan (like payment, interest rate or term).
If now is the right time for you to get a mortgage, Carrie will work hard to find options that fit and help you pick the one that’s best for you.
But if now isn’t the right time? Carrie won’t let you give up on your dreams. Count on her to help you understand the changes that could help get you to “yes” in the future—and to offer support and assistance every step of the way. Carrie wants to see you achieve your goal of homeownership as much as you do, and she’ll work hard to help make that happen.
Being able to make a difference for members is a big reason Carrie loves working at Summit. She also appreciates our commitment to work/life balance, our focus on diversity and inclusion and the fact that Summit is working hard to build stronger, healthier communities.
When Carrie isn’t finding ways to create happy endings for our members, you’ll likely find her golfing, quilting, spending time with family or traveling – mountains and waterfalls are two of her favorites!
