Sprecher Road Branch 2026 Giveaway

These are the Official Rules for Summit Credit Union’s Sprecher Road Branch 2026 Giftcard Giveaway (“Promotion”).

NO PURCHASE, ACCOUNT OPENING OR LOAN IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE, OPENING AN ACCOUNT OR OBTAINING A LOAN WITH SUMMIT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor. The sponsor of this Promotion is Summit Credit Union, PO Box 8046, Madison, WI 53708-8046.

2. Eligibility. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are fourteen (14) years of age or older. No entries from business entities accepted. Employees of Summit Credit Union, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period. The Promotion begins on October 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on October 17, 2026, at 12 p.m. Central Time.

4. How to Enter. No purchase, account opening, or loan is necessary to enter or win. To enter, complete a 3 x 5 index card with your complete name, age, address, phone number, and email address at the Summit Credit Union Sprecher Road Branch during the Promotion Period. Entries must be received by 12:00 p.m. Central Time on Saturday, October 17, 2026. Limit one entry per person.

5. Prize and Drawing. Two winners will be selected by random drawing on or about October 19, 2026, from all eligible entries received. One winner will receive a $50 Oakstone gift card, and one winner will receive a $50 Don Maguey gift card. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification. Winners will be notified by phone or email no later than October 26, 2026. If a winner does not respond by November 2, 2026, is ineligible, declines the prize, or does not complete any required documentation, Summit Credit Union may select an alternate winner.

7. Minor Winners. If a winner is under eighteen (18) years of age, the winner’s parent or legal guardian must accept the prize on the minor’s behalf and may be required to sign a release or authorization before the prize is awarded.

8. Taxes. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.

9. Use of Information; Publicity. By entering, participants consent to Summit Credit Union’s use of the information provided to administer the Promotion and award the prizes. Except where prohibited by law, winners may be asked to consent to Summit Credit Union’s use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 10. Release and Disqualification. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Summit Credit Union and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize. Summit Credit Union may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unlawful manner.

11. Applicable Law. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin.

12. Winner Information. To request the names of the winners, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Summit Credit Union, PO Box 8046, Madison, WI 53708-8046.
