Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led networks that promote inclusion, learning and connection. Free for all Summit employees to join, ERGs are a great way for staff to connect, share common passions and make an impact beyond the credit union. Our six ERG focuses are Emerging Professionals, LGBTQ+, Multicultural, Sustainability, Wellness and Women.
