OFFICIAL RULES – APRIL FUNDED VOLUME CHALLENGE

Sponsor. Summit Credit Union, 1709 Landmark Dr., Cottage Grove, WI 53527.

Promotion Period. April 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. CT through Apil 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

Eligibility. Open to Finance Managers employed at dealerships that are active Summit Credit Union dealer partners as of April 1, 2026. Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and authorized by their employer to participate in this promotion. Summit Credit Union will inform all dealer partners of their Finance Manager’s eligibility to participate prior to the start of the Promotion Period. Employees of Summit Credit Union and their immediate family members are not eligible. Participation is subject to employer approval; Summit Credit Union reserves the right to require written confirmation of employer authorization before awarding any prize.

How to Participate. No purchase necessary to enter. Eligible Finance Managers automatically participate by submitting Summit Credit Union indirect loan applications through CUDL using their individual CUDL user credentials during the Promotion Period. Only loans that are submitted and funded during the Promotion Period are counted.

Winner Determination. Winners are determined by the total number of Summit Credit Union indirect loan contracts funded during the Promotion Period. Finance Manager attribution is based on the CUDL user credentials associated with the application at time of submission. In the event of a tie in total funded contracts, the Finance Manager with the highest total funded dollar volume will receive the higher ranking. Sponsor's decisions regarding winner determination are final.

Prizes.

First Place: Apple iPad (approximate retail value $449)
Second Place: Apple AirPods (approximate retail value $179)
Third Place: $100 Visa Gift Card

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $728. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Prize Fulfillment. Winners will be notified by email or phone within fourteen (14) days after the Promotion Period ends. Prizes will be delivered within thirty (30) days of winner verification. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next highest-ranking participant.

Tax Responsibility. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt. For prizes valued at $600 or more, or if a winner receives aggregate prizes of $600 or more from Sponsor in a calendar year, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC. Winners may be required to provide a valid taxpayer identification number and complete an IRS Form W-9 before prize fulfillment.

General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the promotion or violates these Official Rules. This promotion does not affect Summit Credit Union's underwriting standards, pricing, or approval criteria, which remain unchanged and are applied consistently to all applications.

Limitation of Liability. By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

Disputes. All disputes arising from this promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin.

Privacy. Information collected in connection with this promotion will be used for promotion administration and prize fulfillment.

Winner List. For a list of winners, send a written request to Ross Busch, Indirect lending Manager, 1709 Landmark Dr., Cottage Grove, WI 53527 within sixty (60) days after the Promotion Period ends.
