Since we haven’t had much rain lately, it’s time to create a plan FOR a rainy day!
When Greg and I sit down to create a savings plan, we set our goals high and have all intention to reach them. However, life does happen, and we’ve learned to lean into our Summit coach James for his advice.

On our weekly trip the grocery store, we are overwhelmed at the price of goods. We don’t eat a lot of bread, but we have taken on the project of making our own bread. Saving money all around.
My car (Diana) needs brakes, tires and some exhaust work – everything seems to need repairs at once. We decided to become a one-vehicle family. Selling my car, hanging tight on the spending and waiting until spring to start looking for a new car. Our trips around town have been strategically planned, so we’re saving money on gas.
The days are getting shorter, ugh!

It seems everyone likes Wisconsin spring, summer and fall. Then, the “burr” months hit: October, November and December.
I (Diana) personally am not a big fan of winter, just saying. Yet, the seasons bring a uniqueness to each region and family traditions will carry on through the holidays.
