Make a Payment Rates About Careers Contact Locations Diana, a marketing business owner active in local tourism and property management, and Greg, a newly retired master carpenter, are looking to Project Money to shift their mindset from “wants” to “needs” to make sustainable financial decisions. Greg and I have always prided ourselves on having“curb appeal” in our neighborhood. First impressions are key. The first time we met our coach James and his team of Paula and Ed, we were impressed with their game plan and how focused they were with improving our financial situation. How much time do you spend getting ready for a vacation? Like so many, we get excited about spending time away from the grind of daily life struggles. We love sun, beach and travel. So, why don’t we spend time getting our finances together? Greg and I are so thankful for Project Money and the team for putting a plan together for our success!  We hav When the seasons change, it always seems a fresh start is on the horizon. To be honest, my favorite season is fall. I love the cool, crisp air in the morning and sunshine and mild temperatures in the afternoon. My morning routine is grabbing coffee and sitting on our patio listening to the birds and watching the wildlife scamper around our yard before my day gets rolling. This is where I plan for success! There are several things that come into play when you get ready for “game day,” including: Coach Key players Game plan Determination to WIN When Greg and I were chosen to participate in the Project Money program, we were thrilled. Little did we know how much work was involved. We knew there was a commitment on our end. But having James, Paula and Ed as our coaches… they had a game plan, and we all were determined to WIN! When we were chosen for #ProjectMoney, we had no idea the success we would have setting goals.  We have set a few goals over the years – save for vacation, buy a new vehicle, etc. James and his team stretched our limits and guess what? We achieved them! Greg and I were so blessed to have our parents in our lives for as long as we did. Awesome folks with great values. As we take this Project Money journey, we sometimes reflect on things our parents would have said: Put 10% of your earnings in a savings account, 10% to tithing, and live off the 80%. You know, at the time it seemed odd. We were young, and we wanted it ALL. Moving forward, how right they were. Greg and I are truly over the moon excited to look at our progress we have made with Project Money. A few short months ago, we were doing “OK” with our finances. After the team at the Beaver Dam location helped us get closer to our goals, we feel on point! James, Paul, Ed – really the entire branch – has been so helpful! As we all go through life, there are times we question certain things. Like, why is the sky blue and not green? Why is life a journey, and why do we struggle? Thankfully Greg and I found Project Money. Did we have financial struggles before? Of course, we all do. Yet, for the FIRST time, Greg and I see beautiful blue skies. And thanks to the team at the Beaver Dam Summit, James and Paula, we are on the journey of a lifetime. Greg and I were so blessed to have our parents in our lives for as long as we did. Awesome folks with great values.
