Curb Appeal

October 25, 2023 Greg and I have always prided ourselves on having“curb appeal” in our neighborhood. First impressions are key. The first time we met our coach James and his team of Paula and Ed, we were impressed with their game plan and how focused they were with improving our financial situation. We determined the first order of business was paying off some credit cards. To date, it’s been five!Next order of business was our mortgage.  James, Paula and Ed did a deep dive to uncover some unusual charges. After we dug deeper, Greg and I knew we had to move our mortgage to Summit. Project Money, here we come! Not only did we consolidate our mortgage by YEARS, but we were able to put more money in our pockets every month. We live a pretty simple life – no big spending habits, our vehicles are paid off, we really don’t take HUGE vacations. We putz around the house making sure our home is well cared for and the curb appeal is in top shape. James, Paula and Ed – along with the Summit crew – have been EPIC!Focus and strive for greatness,Greg and Diana Ogle
