Jenny started her career with Summit in the Contact Center, move to a Senior Universal Banker role, and is now a Bilingual Lending Advisor – building up seven years of financial experience along the way. A: The idea of taking control of your finances can seem scary or overwhelming, but Project Money makes it feel possible and reminds our teams (and those following along at home) that you don’t have to do it alone.Q: Any overall tips for Kelli’s journey?A: When things feel challenging, remember your “why.” Why did you sign up in the first place? This will keep you moving toward success. Q: To you, what’s the one financial “must?” A: Learn the difference between a need and a want.Q: What was your first paying job and how did it teach you about money?A: I was a cashier at Target. That’s where I learned how to start saving, build an emergency fund and contribute to my retirement. And the importance of doing it all when you’re young! Q: What’s something you wish you could tell everyone about finances? A: It is never too late to learn about finances and apply what you’ve learned to your life.Q: What do you love most about what you do at Summit?A: From building credit to buying that first car or becoming a homebuyer, I love that I get to assist our members with every chapter of their financial journey.Q: Fun fact about you?A: I’m one of four siblings, and three of us work at Summit!
