Permission to make an analogy? Diana here! I have been an avid gardener all my life. I grew up on a farm, and we always had a flower garden, orchard and a vegetable garden. Hang with me – last week I discovered finances are like a garden. We take time to plant or plan, then water and put time and effort in to make sure the weeds don’t take over. Get it? Life will happen to all of us; it is up to us to keep a budget of our finances and stick to it. I will admit I have gone off script and bought some wants vs. needs. These are the weeds that take our garden design in a different direction. Having a coach with Summit has been a game changer. Our coach is a master gardener with our finances. The weeds are being eliminated and our finance garden is blooming like never before. To be honest, the effort this #ProjectMoney team is graciously giving all of us is priceless. Our savings will bloom, and our weeds will be gone!
