MADISON, WI –Summit Credit Union earned the Number One spot as best credit union in three recent newspaper reader polls in Dane County, Wisconsin. Readers of the daily newspaper, the Wisconsin State Journal, named Summit Credit Union the top credit union in its annual Star of Madison Awards. It is the fourth year in a row Summit has earned the top spot. In addition, two suburban newspapers in Dane County, the Waunakee Tribune and the Sun Prairie Star, named Summit the top credit union for the seventh continuous year.“The readers have cast their votes and we are honored to help 78,541 members in Dane County save more money, improve their financial lives and build stronger communities," said Kim Sponem, CEO and President of Summit Credit Union.
