A: I applied for Project Money because I want to strengthen my financial future and create greater security for my family. As a single parent of two children, I'm always looking for ways to improve my financial planning and reach my long-term goals. The opportunity to work with a financial coach and develop a personalized plan is invaluable, and I believe it will help me build a stronger foundation for both me and my children.
A: I think the biggest value would be having guidance and accountability from someone who actually knows what they're doing. I never felt like I received much financial education growing up, so a lot of what I've learned about money has been through trial and error, and sometimes expensive errors.
A: My confidence with money is probably somewhere in the middle. I wish I knew more about how to build wealth instead of just getting by. I understand how to pay off debt, but I don't feel like I was ever taught how to create lasting financial security, build meaningful savings or prepare for retirement.
A: My son currently believes things like Robux somehow magically appear, so one of my goals is helping him understand that money is earned, saved and spent intentionally. My daughter is already becoming an independent young adult, and I want to help her avoid some of the mistakes I've made with credit cards and debt.
A: I love doing fun stuff with my kids, learning new things and sharing what I learn with others. I'm also a devoted Bravo TV fan. With BravoCon expected to return in 2027, one of my fun financial goals is to purchase a VIP ticket without putting it on a credit card.
