Since before even starting this program our long term goal has been to buy a house and set our daughter up with the best financial future as we possibly can! As this journey is just beginning, we are hopeful we will be able to accomplish both of these things! We have started out by setting a goal of paying off one debt per month. Which means paying off small things first and then moving on to those bigger debts that are going to take a bit longer to tackle. Second, we plan on trying to squirrel away $300 a month to help increase our savings amount, to insure we are set up with a little nest egg in case of emergency! We know these are not all easy tasks but we are definitely up for the challenge! I hope everyone enjoys following our journey along the way!
