Hello everyone, thanks for following along with our journey here with Project Money! We did the debt consolidation, and everything went smoothly with that. And now we have noticed a big difference from doing that! This month was the first month that we got to notice the savings from consolidating and let me tell you – that was crazy. We were able to put more money away in savings and pay extra on some bills and it was amazing to do so. It’s so positive to be able to really minimize that debt into those two payments now instead of having multiples. All in all, everything is really good and we have learned so much by being able to save money and still live a comfortable lifestyle. With all the positive changes we have accomplished in this program, it is amazing to see how far we have come.We now will get to know what it’s going to really be like with our first mortgage payment coming out in November! It’s very exciting and very nerve-racking, but overall if we weren’t part of this program, we would feel way more overwhelmed with that happening. Everything is looking up and we are hoping that with all the changes that we have made from starting this program that all the holidays and stuff will go over without a hitch. We hope you have enjoyed following us on our project money journey as it’s now nearing the end – we are just so excited and happy to just be able to participate in this program!
